"I have had State Farm insurance for both my auto and home for as long as I can remember. I have not had to file a claim for either until recently ... for both. The auto claim went smoothly. I utilized my agent to help move along the supplementing process on my roof claim and was able to get a response and approval within 24 hours of my agent contacting the adjuster. They have been extremely helpful through the whole process!"
